December 25 Merry Christmas Today we celebrate the birth of Christ, and the way he once came into our lives, and canged us then made us realize, that we can be like him, and really opened our eyes. People weigh heavy with gifts for loved ones, Lets take a moment and reflect on the reason, Yes, there were gifts brought to the son of the king, Yet i still feel we have lost the meaning of this thing. Those gifts were handmade, each with particular meaning. Brought to JESUS, son of the almighty King, that was their thing. No one was ever judged about the gifts they bring, and everyone would sing, "peace to the almighty king." We now reflect on those days, where Jesus saved us in many ways, The life and the teachings he gave, Then given in to the grave, so you and i would not be enslaved. So we could see the way, and practice akin to him. Jesus said "follow me" and "live as i have lived," "I am the doorway".... " God is the one who gives...." What must he think, looking here now upon us? How would he like our focus, spent aquiring more lust? Give a gift of love today, as i do here for you, but pass this gift to someone, you yourself never knew. Tell them they ARE wonserful, tell them about "The gift!" Given to us by Jesus, tell them why we really exist....!!! There is another way, life doesnt have to be like this, we can all share, and sing as we reminisce..... About the only gift, the one that came to us of HIM. Then enjoy the time, you get with your loved ones, and remember that some out there have none, So make the most of it, tell them you love them all day. Tell them the things you have wanted to say, but just couldnt ever find the right way, To express what it was that made you feel this way, about them......................Selah.
